This yoga class is designed to promote restoration and healing through active stretching, mindful alignment, balancing strength and activating the parasympathetic nervous system for recovery. Fitness enthusiasts and athletes of all ages and experience levels are welcome. This experience will be offered twice a month. Bring water, a mat and an open heart.
